These Terms and Conditions govern your access to toyoindustries.com.pk and purchases made through the website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced on the website.

Website Use and Accounts

You must provide accurate and current information and use the website only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Toyo may restrict access, cancel suspicious orders or take other reasonable action where fraud, misuse or unlawful activity is suspected.

Products Prices and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product images, descriptions, specifications, colours, prices and stock information. Screen settings and manufacturing updates may cause minor differences. Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice. If a material pricing, description or stock error is identified, Toyo may contact you for confirmation or cancel the affected order and refund any amount collected.

Orders and Payments

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs after payment and order verification and dispatch confirmation. Payments may be processed through PayFast or another approved method displayed at checkout. Additional verification may be requested for fraud prevention. You must not initiate an unjustified chargeback while a refund or complaint is being reviewed; this does not affect your right to raise a genuine payment dispute.

Delivery Returns and Warranty

Delivery, cancellation, returns, refunds and service are governed by the Shipping Delivery and Service Policy, Returns Refunds and Cancellation Policy, and Warranty Declaration published on the website. Warranty is not the same as a return or refund and applies according to the product's warranty card, coverage period and exclusions.

Intellectual Property and Third Parties

The website's text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, layout and other content are owned by or licensed to Toyo and may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission. Links, payment services and delivery services operated by third parties may be subject to their own terms and availability.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Toyo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website interruption, delivery delay beyond reasonable control, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair or failure to follow product instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes Governing Law and Contact
